These Team Names From the LPGA Dow Championship are Too Good

After a crazy week down in Texas, the LPGA and some of its biggest stars have switched gears to a team golf event for some good ole light-hearted fun.

The Dow Championship is a unique event where pairs of Tour athletes tee it up in the only regular-season team-play tournament on the LPGA schedule. It's a multi-format test, with two rounds of foursomes being contested on Thursday and Saturday and four-ball being played on Friday and Sunday.

Making an appearance this week are defending champions Jeeno Thitikul and Ruoning Yin—aka Team Jin and Ronic—along with several other top names in the women's game who are just as creative with their team titles for the competition.

All I'll say is that Irish Goodbye from Jennifer Kupcho and Leona Maguire is insanely good and a definite top contender for best name.

My other front-runner is from the Malbon duo Gigi Stoll and Nataliya Guseva, better known as Vanilla Ice.

This bestie duo is too fun (and probably best-dressed)!
