Field, Format, Tickets: Everything You Need to Know About the Creator Classic at TPC Sawgrass

Following its success at last year’s TOUR Championship in Atlanta, the Creator Classic is back. Your favorite golf content creators are set to tee it up at next month’s Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. This is the first of three stops this season, with the next coming at the Truist Championship—formally known as the Wells Fargo Championship—and the finale at East Lake.

Presented by the PGA TOUR and Skratch's parent company, Pro Shop, the nine-hole event is slated for Wednesday, March 12, the day before the PGA TOUR's flagship event kicks off on Thursday.

The field will feature some of the same names who played last August:

-Wesley Bryan

-George Bryan

-Fat Perez from Bob Does Sports

-Gabby Golf Girl

-Roger Steele

And some new faces:

-Grant Horvat

-Kyle Berkshire

-Tisha Alyn

-Soly from No Laying Up

-a Barstool personality who will be determined via qualifier.

“As the strongest field in golf prepares to compete at THE PLAYERS Championship, it’s surreal to know that a number of golf’s most recognizable content creators will walk the same fairways of TPC Sawgrass just one day prior,” said Chad Mumm, co-founder of Pro Shop. “We appreciate the collaboration with the PGA TOUR in bringing this creator series to life at one of golf’s iconic courses to entertain and inspire our fans.”

The first eight holes will be stroke play, with the creators teeing off on the back nine. Then, after the field plays the par-3 17th, the top three finishers will battle in a sudden-death playoff on the iconic island green.

“There is arguably no better place to kick off our season-long creator series than on THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass, where the iconic 17th hole represents the culmination of this first competition,” Chris Wandell, PGA TOUR SVP of Media, said.

Holding down the broadcast will be Skratch's own Dan Rapaport, along with Paige Spiranac, Shane Bacon and Doug Smith.

For those looking to follow the action on the ground, Practice Round tickets will include full access to the creator series event that week.

The entire 2025 series will be broadcast live on the PGA TOUR YouTube channel, ESPN+, NBC’s Peacock and Prime Video. Expect a return of the professional-golf-level broadcast with live ShotLink powered by CDW scoring/data, Trackman shot tracing and premium on-screen graphics.
