With a completely new face technology, we put the Callaway Quantum drivers to the test to find consistency and extra distance.
*In Partnership with Callaway*
Whether you're a tour player or a recreational golfer, gaining consistency off the tee can have a major impact on the rest of your game. This is why finding the right driver that delivers more consistent results in direction and distance is key to scoring.
As for delivering those results, Callaway and its Quantum series drivers believe they have found a better solution with the help of their Tri-Force face, along with models specifically designed for different players and swing types.

How Tri-Force Face works

Quantum Tri-Force driver faces are a combination of three materials: high-strength titanium, Poly Mesh, and Carbon Fiber. These materials, when assembled in that order (the face layer that you see is still titanium), create a reinforced face structure.
Another way to think about it is like plywood. Sure a single solid piece of wood can be strong but thanks to modern engineering, multilayered plywood relative to solid wood is stronger and also more flexible, while also being thinner and lighter. And in many ways thats how Tri-Force works.
When the face compresses at impact the poly-mesh and the carbon fiber load under tension like a spring being stretched. Since Carbon fiber has extremely high tensile strength and anisotropic properties (ok I'll admit I did some extra research to use big words) meaning it has super strong directional strength relative to the parallel direction of the fibers, it rebounds back into shape faster.
In this Bench Tested episode, we're taking a look at Callaway's new Quantum driver series and how, with different models to choose from, plus additional fitting features like adjustable weighting and hosel settings – you can dialed in to find your next level of consistency and distance.

Quantum MAX Fast
With a lighter overall weight and aerodynamic shallower profile, the MAX Fast is designed to help golfers gain speed without sacrificing distance.

Callaway Quantum Max Fast
Quantum Max Fast is built to make speed and launch effortless for players who benefit from a lighter overall club.
