With the popularity of zero-torque putters in golf, Wilson is throwing its hat in the ring with the launch of two new models into its Infinite putter series, the Lakeside and the 606 (below).

The new 606 and Lakeview models are designed to help golfers keep the putter face square through the putting stroke and to reduce the need for unnecessary rotation. What also helps separate these new Wilson models from others in the marketplace is their incredible value proposition.
Available now at only $199 each, these new models provide something a lot of golfers are looking for at a price that is also easy on the wallet. In a world where some custom retail putters start at over $600, these are a great entry point.
The new Zero Torque range represents a huge step in our popular Infinite putter lineup, giving golfers confidence and performance on every putt. By integrating zero torque technology with advanced MIM construction and a double-milled face, we’ve created mallet designs that not only look great at address but also deliver a remarkably consistent roll.

As with other zero-torque putter designs, the key is positioning the center of gravity just ever so slightly below the shaft axis. This design function minimizes the amount of torque needed during the putting stroke to help keep the putter square, which in turn can help to increase accuracy and stability.
Both models also include one degree of forward shaft lean to encourage consistent hand positioning at address to go along with a custom oversized grip shape.

A soft feel is generated thanks to a double-milled face pattern, which reduces the amount of surface interaction with the ball to generate a soft feel and better roll. According to Wilson, the milling also improves distance control and helps the ball maintain its intended line.

606: The 606 features a compact winged-mallet design with two alignment lines framing the ball and a central alignment dot to aid setup. The structured alignment package is intended to help players who prefer a strong visual guide at address.
Lakeview: The Lakeview uses a refined half-moon mallet shape with a single alignment line for a cleaner, more minimalist look. The design focuses on simplicity while maintaining the stability benefits of the zero-torque construction.
