Good Good is getting its own PGA TOUR event.
Yes, the YouTube and social media sensation is sponsoring a new event coming to the FedExCup Fall in 2026. Dubbed the Good Good Championship, the tournament will be held at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa’s Fazio Canyons Course in Austin, Texas, from November 12-15. The field will feature 120 players, and the winner will go home with 500 FedExCup points.
Now, I’m not the biggest YouTube golf guy—I have nothing against it, it’s just not really my thing—but this is pretty cool. I’m sure there will be plenty of old man and hardo takes about this, but for a group a kids that started with nothing but a camera to grow to a point where they can own a spot on the TOUR’s schedule is, well, nuts—in a good way.
That being said, this tweet from Shane Bacon did get a chuckle out of me this morning.
Good Good has hosted quite a few TOUR stars on its channel, including Min Woo Lee, Jason Day, and Joel Dahmen, among others. In fact, Good Good sponsors Dahmen, Beau Hossler, John Pak, and Michael Block. So, it’ll be interesting to see what names make the trip to Austin to support GG.
