Everyone’s favorite golf reality TV show is back. Full Swing Season 4 will be hitting Netflix on April 17, and judging by the trailer, we’re in for a wild ride.
Sure, I’m excited to see a closer look at Masters week and Rory McIlroy’s Career Grand Slam and the U.S. Open with J.J. Spaun—but did you see all that stuff with the Ryder Cup? That’s the good stuff right there. The docu-style show is produced by Pro Shop's own Chad Mumm and Mark W. Olsen, along with PGA TOUR Studios, Vox Media Studio and Box to Box Films.
Conversations with both captains, Keegan Bradley and Luke Donald, and players from each team—Tommy Fleetwood, Spaun, Cameron Young, Ben Griffin, Justin Rose, and Shane Lowry—about the nasty battle at Bethpage Black are exactly what I wanted to see in season four. A real taste of what the fan behaviour was like on the ground will no doubt leave me empathetic for Team Europe.
With the Masters next week and a fresh batch of Full Swing episodes dropping the following Friday, I see plenty of couch time in my future—and you won’t catch me complaining.
