After a month in Florida, the PGA TOUR is in the Lone Star State for the Texas Children’s Houston Open at Memorial Park Golf Course, the first of two events before the golf world’s attention goes to Augusta National and the Masters.
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler has become a staple at this event and he’ll be joined in the field by Rory McIlroy, fresh off his win at THE PLAYERS, Tony Finau, Wyndham Clark, Sahith Theegala, Jason Day, Min Woo Lee, and Rickie Fowler.
Memorial Park is a par-70 track measuring 7,475 yards.
This week’s winner will go home with $1.71 million of the $9.5 million purse and 500 FedEx Cup points.
